Move your body - 40 minutes daily
This could be a 40 minute workout in the morning. This could be a 40 minute walk. This could be a 20 minute workout and a 20 minute walk. Make it work for you. Still move on rest days - walking, yoga, stretching.

Bible Time/Devotion
Growing in your faith is going to be a top priority as you grow in your potential, wellness, mindset and soul! This is where your strength comes from. 10 minutes daily minimum.Â

1/2 Gallon of Water
It’s just essential y’all. To flush out toxins and move out inflammation as we eat better and better. Our bodies WILL NOT act right if we don’t get enough water.

Real Food!!
Think unmodified plants and lean proteins, healthy fats and clean carbs as much as possible. The food God made for us!

Stretch before bed
Seriously - your body will thank you in many ways. Shut down the TV, put away your phone, do a few minutes of stretches before bed. My favorites are on BODi and YouTube.Â

Your Choice
Is there something else you want to keep yourself accountable on? It’s all yours. (I suggest a step goal of 5k or more daily or reading a growth book).
Why the number 40?
This challenge was created to bring life-long, transformative, meaningful changes. Habits that matter in the long run and now.Â
In the Bible,40 appears many times, as a period of testing, trial, and triumph. It represents a time of challenges and growth, where faith is tested and spiritual awareness is deepened. This is what we are doing together. 40 Days with purpose!
