Follow a structured nutrition plan

You get to choose, but it needs to be a structured healthy nutrition plan. No more than 2 alcoholic serving per week (just know it will slow your progress). No cheat meals - make things you love within your nutrition plan. 

Two 30-minute workouts

  • One must be outside
  • At least 3 hours apart
  • If you already do this, challenge yourself more.
  • Every day. No Excuses. (rest day could be yoga and a walk)

I recommend mineralized water.  Look for this resource once you join the challenge and are in the team page.

Take a full body picture at the beginning of the challenge.  No one likes this, just do it. I recommend taking a weekly picture.

There are different types of fasting.  I will talk more about this in the team page.  Fasting does a multitude of things for our benefit - one of them being an awareness of just how much food has control over you and your schedule.
